First of all you fill in our booking form with what you would like your event to look and feel like then we will get back in touch to design the perfect bespoke, tailor-made event for you and your team.

CCH EXTRAORDINARY CARE AWARDS

“Create a SHOWSTOPPER of a national awards event for 200 people built all around CCH’s team of home care professionals to show them just how much they matter”

 

The initial plan was to have it in London but when we looked at where the finalists were coming from we moved it to York for its easy rail links and the venue was perfectly situated next to the railway station with excellent facilities.

We sorted the following.

Sourcing hotel venue

Host for the night Big Ian

Negotiated a food and drink package for

180 guests

Liaised with venue

Provided sound system

Lighting for the event

Projection on the main wall

Four large LED screens

Walk on/walk off music

DJ

Photographer for formal shots then to capture magical moments

Drinks reception with singer/pianist

Colour-co-ordinated ballons for tables in company livery

Large illuminated THANK YOU letters

9 piece band to perform at the end of the

THE SPRINGFIELD HEALTHCARE SARA AWARDS

“Having put together everything for the previous year of the Staff Annual Recognition Awards celebrations of Springfields homecare and care village teams in a marquee in Harrogate they wanted to make it even more of a party with a 1970’s disco theme whilst maintaining our unique connection with the care team.”

We sorted the following.

✔ Host BIG Ian in 1970s Huggy Bear attire

✔ Full sound system and sound engineer 

✔ Stage lighting

✔ Uplighters all around the perimeter of the room

✔ 1970’s disco lighting within the marquee 

✔ A giant video wall with the 70’s theme graphics

✔ Dance off competition

✔ Keynote sections throughout the night about the importance of care

✔ Laser/ light show for the end of the night

HOMECARE'S GOT TALENT

“Following from three regional finals could we produce a stunning grand final in a theatre that could seat about 150 with full production and a host who can convey the difference home care makes to the lives of millions. “

We provided the following.

✔ Sourced the Joseph Rowntree Theatre a beauiful 100 year old venue on two levels with great parking in York ideal for rail links too

✔ Host Big Ian to liaise with co-host and judges

✔ Prep up all the performers and make them feel amazing

✔ Full sound for the night with lapels and hand held mics

✔Themed colour coded lighting on stage and within the venue

✔ All AV slides designed

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

“Create a huge community music event for 1500 people at York Barbican to bring all generations together to raise money for St. Leonard’s Hostpice, Dementia Projects in York, Bereaved Childen’s Support and Accessible Arts and Media.

Before this ridiculous list. This is a labour of love that we have done for 10 years with ZERO budget that has raised over £150,000 for these good causes we believe in.”
